Instruction sheet
- Desasiswa Restu and Tekun (Kompleks RST) will provide a toilet for every four rooms, a pillow and a pillow case, pantry, washing machines at the first and fifth floor of the hostel block and an ATM machine in Saujana’s Café.
- It is against the rules to bring the opposite sex or any animal into the hostel. You are also advised to switch off the lamp and fan before leaving your room at anytime.

- Participants will be charged for every item lost or damaged:
Room key - RM 7
Pillow and pillow case - RM 25
- Please take care of your own belongings. USM and NRIC will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to your belongings.
- Meals will be provided 3 times a day. However, meals will NOT be provided on the registration day (19 May). Participants can purchase food from nearby restaurants.
- For participants who are vegetarians, notification has to be made when filling in the registration form and during the registration day (19 May). For participants who are allergic to certain foods, please provide notification through e-mail after your online registration. Notification is also to be provided upon the registration day. Meals will be provided according to the tentative program schedule and any changes will be made known later.
- Participants are encouraged to have their meals within the provided area. If participants require food to be packed, then the eco-pack will be provided upon request and availability. This is in line with the University of Science Malaysia’s initiative to ban the use of Styrofoam and promote the use of eco-friendly food packages. Drinking water or mineral water will be provided during the whole course of the event. Purchasing of outside food and drinks is allowed, however, we will not be held in any way responsible for such purchases or any untoward incidences. Prohibited drinks or foods are not allowed to be kept in the hostel or the exhibition area for example, liquor and non-halal foods.

During the Opening and Closing ceremony, participants are required to wear formal attire. Gents are required to wear long-sleeved shirt, tie and shoes. Ladies are required to wear baju kurung/long-sleeved shirts and shoes. Mobile phones should be switched off or put on silent mode and participants are discouraged from walking in and out during both events
